Word of warning, when you place your order make sure you get the correct filter by calling. Do not go by the recommendations online. I bought a two pack and they sat for a couple months till I got back from out of town and they were the wrong filter. You only have 15 to 30 days to return so I was out of the window. I am very pleased with this filter and the taste of my water. Having the indicator light in the fridge has been a great help since I can be away for months at a time. Love my new appliance suite!

Zgadzam się z kimś wcześniej. Mieliśmy dzbanek filtrujący i ardzo cieszyliśmy się że nie będziemy musieli już go używać ponieważ będziemy mieli wbudowanym filtr w lodówce. Niestety w porównania do zwykłego dzbanka z filtrem za 15 zł lodówka kompletnie nie filtruje kamienia. Używam lodowki dopiero miesiąc i po umyciu czajnika juz po 5 dniach jest znowu tyle kamienia jakby nigdy nie był czyszczony. Uważam że firma o takiej renomie powinna popracować nad filtrem i zaproponować coś skutecznego. Filtr jest uzywany na codzień i nie stoi raczej nie używany dłużej niż w nocy...

The recommended filter authentication app that accompanies the filter is absolute garbage. It’s beyond worthless and simply DOES NOT WORK. If an actual human being designed it, they should change professions immediately because they are unbelievably bad at what they do. The only way this app could be worse is if it somehow made your phone take a crap in your hand while you were using it.

I know there is a ton of copies out there, but I always feel it is a safe bet going with the original from the manufacturer. No complaints so far, and none to be expected. PRO TIP: Make sure that you turn off your water line so that you have a clean installation and avoid any mess. Leaving water behind in the filter area will cause mold to grow and you will be very unhappy the next time you have to replace your filter.

The water filter is so hard to get on. I just replaced mine a month ago left for work on Friday came home after 9hrs to find i has w inches of water in my kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. I have water damage to everything carpet has to be replaced and cabinets and since it was the weekend have to wait till Monday for insurance and hope they will cover it. This is my 2nd time replacing the filter on my fridge. Woke up the next morning to my kitchen flooring completely soaked. I've done everything I know to do to this filter and its still leaking. I've removed it and reinserted it multiple times. Trying to return the filter I just bought is impossible. My floors in my kitchen are already warping.
