All have been durable and reliable and I expect no less of the "9". The feel and operation of the watch seems first class and user friendly. The ability to receive notifications and keep my phone silent is priceless. Apps intergrate seamlessly with my watch and the Watch 9 is a valuable extension to my phone. Watch system is very intuitive and convenient to operate and health features can be very valuable to many. Great to keep up with activities such as hiking which I enjoy. Map navigation is also a big plus on this watch. Again, the Galaxy Watch 9 is a great extension of my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the main reason I choose the galaxy watch 9 is the new snapdragon wear elite chip. older models could be slow, but this one is super fast and loading apps is way better. the screen is crazy bright outside hitting 3000 nits. the design kept that squircle cushion shape, and it's super lightweight with an aluminum case. it doesn't bother me at all wearing it all day on a job site. the health tracking is solid too. it tracks my vitals and gives coaching to help me sleep better. the battery life is just okay, mostly lasting about a day, but the overall speed boost makes it worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest change right off the bat for me is that I no longer have thr rotating bezel like I had with the Watch 6 Classic. It is going to take getting use to not have that. I also miss the more defined buttons. That being said set up was smooth. It is fast and has many new features that I will enjoy using. I got the fabric band, which is very comfortable. My only complaint with it is that it is not easy to get it to charge with my Samsung trio charger. Probably going to look at a different band. I am sure that as I spend more time with the Watch 9, it will become just as comfortable and useful as my Watch 6 Classic has been.

The latest watch is more comfortable than last years model and comes in a dark graphite color again. I enjoy the variety of features available and the depth of the customization. My only complaint as of this writing is that 3rd party chargers are not working with the Watch 9. Chargers that work fine with the Watch 8. I've looked online and there are many complaints of the same issue. Hopefully a software update is all that's needed to resolve. 4/5 *

Well, so far the only thing that works is the time. Not impressed. It's not giving me notifications, even though I have everything I can find set to notify me. None of the health calibrations work. I've done everything it's asked of me, slept with it on, hooked up a BP monitor, installed apps on my phone... for BP and EKG, it constantly states that my watch is detached and I need to put it on. I've tried every position on my forearm, as well as every tightness. Same results. I slept with it on, nothing. No health, no notifications... not even for alarms. But the time does seem to be accurate. So, that's a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose and have been wearing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 for a bit now, and honestly, it is a great tech upgrade even if it looks exactly like the old one. Samsung basically kept the same design but swapped out all the internals, and you feel that difference the second you start using it. The biggest change is how fast it is. The new Snapdragon chip makes navigating around the menus incredibly smooth, with zero lagging or stuttering. The screen is also shockingly bright now. I had no issues reading texts outside in the middle of a bright day. They also finally gave the smaller 40mm version a bigger battery, so you can actually get through a full day and a whole night of sleep tracking without worrying about it dying. On the health side, it does a lot more passive tracking now, giving you a heart health score and watching your vitals overnight to spot any weird trends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from a Galaxy Watch 7 to the new Galaxy Watch 9. This is my 4th version of the Galaxy Watch and each time they get better. The 9 has a new shape and like it compared to my watch 7. So far my only complaint has been the watch band. I liked on my Watch 7 that it tucked inside and you didn't see the extra slack, the watch 9 is more like a traditional watch band. Other than that it has been good. The battery seemed to drain fast on day 1 but hopefully that was part of the getting the watch set up. It was easy set up to transfer everything from my old watch to my new one.

I initially got it just to track my steps and to go with my S22 Ultra back then. But when I realized it could do so much more, I pretty much never took it off. It tracked everything from my steps, heart rate, sleep, stress, and my workouts. Then, when the S26 Ultra came out, I knew I was gonna upgrade to the Galaxy Watch 9. I chose the Galaxy Watch 9 after using the 7 and 8, and the difference is noticeable. At 44, the health and fitness tracking has become increasingly important to me. I like being able to see my activity, sleep, heart rate, and overall health trends without obsessing over the numbers. Having that information available is reassuring, especially during stressful moments. There have been several times when anxiety made me feel like my heart was racing, only to check the watch and see that my heart rate was actually normal. That little bit of objective information has genuinely helped me stave off a few anxiety attacks before they spiraled. The Watch 9 also feels noticeably faster and smoother than the 7 or 8. Menus respond more quickly, interactions feel more immediate, and the touch sensor areas seem more precise. I experience far fewer accidental swipes or taps, which makes a surprisingly big difference on such a small screen. Overall, this feels like refinement rather than reinvention. It's familiar, but faster, smoother, and more polished. For me, the health insight and occasional reassurance alone make it something I genuinely appreciate having on my wrist every day.

The first time I put the watch on, I was very surprised by how flush it sat against my wrist. I was also very surprised by how quickly I was able to set it up and have all of the new health features put into place right off the bat. So far, the battery life seems like it's going for a good amount of time. I've had it running for about 24 hours, and the battery is still going strong. Time will tell, no pun intended, how long the battery will actually last based on usage and health features.

When life is always on the move, it makes things easier not having to pull my phone out everytime I hear a ding or feel my phone vibrate, im able to just look at my wrist quickly and keep things moving. Loaded with features, bright and responsive display, and works as its only phone if my phone dies or if left at home. 10/10 recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good morning! This is my second new Samsung Galaxy Watch. I totally enjoyed the life of my first one; the Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic LTE. So of course I chose the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 40mm LTE when it was available to order. Prior to actually seeing it I was a little concerned about the size and fit on my small wrist; I thought it would be a bit large. But I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Connection to my Samsung phone was a breeze. I primarily use my watch for being able to stay connected through notifications of calls, text and emails at a glance and or touch on my watch. Exercise tracking, health and reminders are also high on my list of uses. I missed these features so much when my previous watch would no longer hold a charge. I'm looking forward to becoming more familiar with all the features the new Galaxy 9 has to offer! I'm back in business!

I cannot even use my charger that came with the watch 8! Even though it stated it will work with it. I used to be able to plug my puck into any USB c outlet and it would work (laptop, phone, etc) but with this one it HAS TO be plugged into a charging box. And I don't want to go out and buy more charging pucks if they aren't going to work either. Very very frustrated right now! Should have just stayed with my 8.

I chose to buy another Galaxy watche because they always work great and have never disappointed me! I originally got one for work. I work in a loud environment and we use Google Chats for communication. I could not hear my phone and would miss important notifications. Getting a smart watch was the best thing and every new model never ceases to amaze me. I love the look of the 9 and how it feels on the wrist. The battery lasts a decent amount, I work 12 hour days and can get thousands of notifications between email, chat, phone calls, and text messages. So I am constantly using my watch and having a battery that can last all day with constant use is a huge deal for me. The wife uses hers a fraction of the time and will last days. I would love to use it as a sleep tracker but because I use it so much during the day for work I have to charge it but I do over the weekends and is a great feature. I also love to track my heart rate and steps. Thank you for making such a great product and it pairs nicely with my Galaxy S26 Ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about the Galaxy Watch 9 is the upgrade to the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear Elite processor. It completely revitalizes the user interface. Swiping between screens, pulling up notifications, and opening apps feel snappy and fluid. The outdoor visibility is AMAZING. I am also a massive fan of the new Vitals dashboard and Fitness Index metrics, which is why I chose this particular wearable. Samsung Health has finally figured out how to boil complex, biometric sleep and heart strain data down into simple daily readiness insights, without locking those stats behind an annoying monthly subscription. I am truly impressed with the ease of installing the watch band. At almost 60, it is a huge improvement to what was very frustrating trying to see the tiny holes and what not. The awesome new design gives me business, casual, and sporty vibes all in one. While the performance leaps over older generations, there is a feature missing that makes me miss my Galaxy 6, the physical rotating tactile bezel. I was also hoping the battery life improved. While the 3nm processor architecture is highly efficient, real-world battery life hasn't truly evolved...yet. Either way, I still love it, and will forever be a Galaxy girl.

Everything about the design of the watch strikes me as extremely intentional and well crafted quality of life changes. The watch sits more flush against my skin allowing better health data tracking. The glass surface and display are very clear with high resolution. The watch strap mechanism to attach it was much easier to do than my prior watch. Overall I am very happy with the design and will be wearing it all the time.

Easy to change and add things on your watch. Sometimes it's not as easy to add apps from your phone to your watch. But I'll figure that out, I guess, at 1 time or another. The battery life could be a little longer, but it lasts at least through my shift. And where I work, the reception is really hard to get through, so it runs really hard. Trying to get any type of reception? So I can't fault it for that

I chose the new galaxy watch 9 and it is exactly what I was looking for. It helps me take calls from my wrist, and I can quickly go through my messages on the go when I can't pick up my phone. And I can track my health with step counter and heart monitor built in. Its a great gadget and well worth it compared to it's competitors.

I love the look of it and the upgrades with how you can customize it and the shape of the waych face. I do wish that the waych came in more colors, in the past I've gotten a rose gold color and am missing that this time around. I use my watch everyday and use it to track my activity and workouts. I have enjoyed my watch 5 for years and look forward to using my watch 9 everyday.

I chose to upgrade to the Galaxy Watch 9 because of its new snapdragon chip and improved accuracy, performance, and updated design to the 5 Pro. I love it so far because it literally almost is weightless and blazing fast.

So far I have loved how seemlessly the transfer process was and the refresh rate. This watch holds it charge for longer throughout the day and is significantly more accurate in measuring health statistics. I also like how much lighter it is in weight, I almost forget that I'm wearing a watch.

Boy am I happy that I did! Im not sure of the dimensions, but the watch feels noticeably slimmer and sleeker. The interface is a lot faster, and I absolutely love the mist band - most comfortable band to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Active 9 watch as an upgrade from my Watch 6 classic because I am excited to try out the enhanced health tracking features with the newer watch. I chose the 40 mm watch and am a little mad that I didn't get the bigger 44 mm face but I'm sure I'll get used to it in time. I really wish that the manufacturers would stick with a common watch charger so that you didn't have to upgrade everything when you decide to upgrade. That is the one downfall of new tech - once you decide to move up, you have to replace everything and that is super annoying. Overall, I like that the whole interface is similar to my last watch so I don't have to try to relearn everything again. This is my 3rd active watch and overall, I like and will continue to be loyal to the brand. I am hopeful that the watch battery in the new 9 lasts longer than the 6 did. I definitely needed to throw the 6 on the charge within 2 days of the last charge.

Trading up from my watch 7 was pretty worth it. The quality is pretty good, I am a bit sore about the change in strap type as I like to use custom straps and my old ones are pretty much useless now.

And yes everything is smoother on it. While it looks just like the watch 8 the watch seven and eight have the same old exynos processor and this one has the new Snapdragon I bet this thing could even play games!

Its got amazing battery life, bigger memory and storage and just so nice on the wrist. I was originally thinking about buying the ultra watch 2 but i love how small and easy the 9 is. I look forward to using this everyday!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always owned a Samsung watch since they came out. I loved the very first one and I know I'll always have one. I am a lady and a smaller one being 5 foot tall so my wrists are pretty petite. I traded in my 7 for the 9 knowing the design has changed and it's going to look larger. I told myself I'd try it. I absolutely hate this larger, bulky watch face. Perhaps, this design is good for men but even my mother who has a 7 said she hates it. It's too masculine looking for me and just looks weird. It's like this huge watch face on my wrist and that's all I see. I prefer the round design or even just a square. This is like a person thought it would be a good idea to combine both. And it's not. Pick a shape Samsung! If you insist on continuing with this horrible shape there needs to be a smaller version, smaller than the 40mm, available for women. If you have the 7 ladies, keep it! I wish I'd have not traded mine in and forced myself to wear this hideous thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had good luck with Samsung products, so I was thrilled a new watch came out. I chose this to go along with my phone. I actually received it 2 days earlier than scheduled and love it so far. It's much faster than my last watch and the color of the band is so pretty! I use this mainly for steps, checking email and sleep. I will always choose Sansung over other phones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the watch 5 since it came out and finally needed an upgrade. I'm glad I chose the watch 9. It loads so much faster, has less lag, and the battery life is definitely better.
