Sound projection could be better too. Main complaint: It's easier to mirror streaming channels from your phone then trying to navigate them using the remote, especially channels like Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ etc. A real pain and time waster. We purchased this tv with the understanding that watching syreaming channels would be simple but unfortunately that's not the case.

The backlight is horrendous. Can be seen at every corner. Had to turn down the brightness so much to get rid of the noticeable backlight in dark room. Would purchase mini led over this. Price point at this time is similar also. And only 7 months after owning.

Overall good tv, however feel it is too complicated for the average buyer, while my old samsung was easy to master and adjust. My new one does have a slight better picture and does upgrade some programs it has not impressed me with a superior picture. Time will tell as to reliability, if it last as long as my old set will be satisfied.

For gaming it will not work at 120hz, only a monitor will do that unless you get a higher spec tv. The smart hub is great as it doesn't delay or lag and the remote is responsive and ensures every input change and app opening doesn't take more than a second. Overall it is a perfect tv suit any display needs quality wise and will be able to keep up with tech standards for a good while!

The only issue is the darkness, when its a really dark scene you can still see the white bleed out into it so it's not a complete dark but for what this TV I think it's great! The brightness is actually awesome!. The responsiveness is very good as well, it seems like the system running it is doing a very good job keeping up. The game hub is one of the best features on the TV in my opinion. It's opened a whole new world for me when it comes to gaming. The upscaling seems to be great as well. Every picture looks bright and crisp no matter how it's delivered. Everything works very well together and uniformity is no issue at all. It's a samsung so you can't go wrong from my years of experience with their products!

What stands out most is its Q4 AI Processor processor, which does a fantastic job of scaling old content to 4K. The colours thanks to Quantum Dot technology are incredibly vibrant and the Color Booster Pro system really makes sports or nature content stand out

The pictures, even if you're looking at old shows or old movies, they are very well defined and the clarity is stellar. I love all the options that are available.Even when the television is turned off, it can detect that you are in the room and show you your info screen. Even the alexa app works while television is in off position. Very sophisticated in my opinion.

Loads of different features that made watching tv on this thing being similar to being in a movie theatre. But after only a year it has gotten laggy & slow as all go get out.I have even removed apps to see if that will help. But it did not. Its so much Bloatware on it that cant be removed. But now the tv just randomly disconnects from the internet. And we have 1 of the fastest speeds out here. 1GB. We had the tv installed on the wall in our Master bedroom. And thing is MASSIVE. And takes up a good portion of the wall. But I have always had the type of dresser with the mirror on top but when we bought our new home, I wanted something different. And because our master is HUGE why not have a HUGE Tv...As I was always told...Go Big or go home! and If you cant do it Big dont bother to do it at all! And again as far as size this tv is IT! But as far as longevity...yeah...No!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv responds fairly quick, I barely every have delayed data of any kind. It's reasonable for the price and the quality is pretty excellent. I definitely recommend the 55" for any children or just a tv to have in a smaller room, it's good to get by with all the latest features, but also amazing signal. The brightness of photo quality is honestly immaculate as always. The contrast is a bit on the sensitive side, so you may want to dabble around in the settings until you find what works for you, since I have an astigmatism, my eyes are very sensitive to certain lightings and color contrasts. I love how easy it was for me to fix it to my own comfortability. Everything comes perfectly uniform in box and everything you need is included and VERY easy to assemble, even a 7 year old could put the legs on lol only fret to get extra accessories if that's up your alley. The upscaling isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, on the contrary, it absolutely beat my expectations as the image quality and size fit flawlessly to the screen size with almost non existant lining border.. I will 100% continue to stay with this brand regardless of this review. Thank you guys for creating tvs that actually satisy the eye of a gamer and mother 🤣🤣game shall go on! With much love -Priss ❤️

HDR content looks stunning on this panel. ​Brightness: Handles a well-lit room like a champ. Zero issue with reflections during daytime viewing. ​Smart Hub/OS: Navigation is fast and responsive. All the heavy-hitter apps (Netflix, Prime, YouTube) load instantly. ​Design: Super slim bezel, clean look, and looks sleek mounted on the wall. ​Sound quality is surprisingly decent for built-in TV speakers, though pairing it with a soundbar definitely takes it to the next level. Overall, fantastic performance for the price point!

Audio is decent but I do remember i will be getting a sound bar to make it better. My only critique would be Bixby. When using Bixby it will respond but the voice will skip a bit. It’s typically ok with close up shots (ie, news), but is poor for sports. Terrible ghosting, blurry- at times unwatchable because, at times, you can’t even see and follow the ball in sports like football and soccer. It often auto chooses 720p, which is unacceptable. Very inconsistent performance. I upgraded to the fastest speed I can get for wi-fi, but it made no difference. My 11 year old TV is more reliable and has a consistently better picture than this piece of junk.
