Ich kann von Diesem Gerät nur abraten!!!! - Im September gekauft (auch weil ich sehr Samsung-Markentreu bin) und das Gerät ist in diesen Monaten vier Mal defekt gewesen. Laufend wird die Nutzung durch Fehlermeldungen unmöglich gemacht. Ein Saugroboter sollte das Leben erleichtern und nicht eine Laufende Belastung durch nötige Eingriffe und Reparaturen sein. Jetzt kann ich das Teil wieder zur Reparatur bringen. Daher mein Fazit!

Also ich habe 2 Hunde im Haushalt und richtig staubsaugen tut er nicht. Er wirbelt nur alles zusammen und saugt dann nur zum Teil den Dreck auf! Der Aufbau und die Herstellung der Verbindung war super leicht, aber dass war auch schon alles positive. Auch nach dem 3. Versuch eine Karte zu erstellen (sowohl reine Kartenerstellung als auch bei Kartenerstellung während Reinigung) hat der Roboter es nicht geschafft alle Räume der 87m² Wohnung aufzunehmen. Die Objekterkennung funktioniert meistens nicht, dafür erkennt sie Hindernisse wo keine sind. Der Roboter ist nicht 100mm hoch sondern 104mm, was bei Schränken einen wesentlichen Unterschied macht. Wobei es eigentlich egal ist, denn er fährt auch bei 15cm hohen Schränken nicht unterhalb hinein da er "ein Hindernis erkennt". Dafür fährt er mit voller Wucht mehrmals gegen die Beine der Schwingsessel... Ich musste ihn bei der Reinigung 5 mal unter dem Bett retten, da er nichtmehr herausgefunden hat obwohl die Durchfahrt komplett frei ist und trotzdem ist er jedes mal wieder hineingefahren. Unser alter 3 Jahre alter 300€ Roboter war in jeder Hinsicht zuverlässiger.

I have bought 3 of these, 1 i returned with a water leak, i have 2 in my house, i love them, but they are not perfect. I originally bout 3 of the first Samsung robot vacs, 1 still works in 1 room of my house, battery replaced so over 10 years. The new AI models are fantastic but not perfect. I will run them \. When Samsung brigs out a new model i will buy another. So work that out... My floor is very clean now... Good work Samsung people. Just keep going and make them better. I will buy 1...

Den lever verkligen inte upp till förväntningarna! Resultatet av dammsugning lämnar mycket att önska, moppningen är fruktansvärt opålitlig! Antingen kommer inget vatten eller för mycket vatten. Och efter bara ett år så börjar stationen lukta konstigt, bränd elektronik eller något sånt, när den tömmer robotens dammbehållare. Och stationen suger även med sig vatten upp i dammpåsen vilket gör att den blir blöt och äcklig. Tror även att det är detta som gjort att den nu har fått problem och luktar konstigt.

Am robotul de mai bine de 5 luni. Înafară de eroarea de a nu curăța unele zone din cauza unor obstacole pe care după ce le dau deoparte zona respectivă tot o evită în aceeași sesiune de curățare, per total sunt foarte mulțumit. De la curățare la aspirare inclusiv firele de păr și zonele pătate au fost bine curățate. De asemenea, pe covor opțiunea de aspirare mai puternică este un plus semnificativ.

Whether you use no go zones or not, it often gets confused and focuses one area so much that it kills the battery. One day we were not home it did this and drained the battery so much that it will no longer charge. We should have to babysit a smart vacuum. The replacemnt battery cost more than the unit is worth and I guess we will have to finally add some other brand appliance to out smart home.

This vacuum was an unscheduled purchase we saw it on offer while waiting to collect a new TV. We didn't buy at the time but after reviewing came back to the SonicDirect store and collected it. The machine is a doddle to set up and can be set to clean on a scheduled basis, we don't schedule just run it round when we decide. It warns to tell you its setting off and again when it's completed. As its only small I clean the collection chamber out every time its done a clean and its amazing how much stuff it picks up. Highly recommend it.

Would not recommend buying this product if you have a pet. Have owned for 4 months and already replaced main brush twice. Not able to complete a job without having errors and needing to untangle hair from either the side brush or main brush. Sent back for a refund as it does not work as advertised for pets, only to be told it is working within there specifications and refused refund.

Don't buy, especially if you have cats/dogs. Cleaner brush snaps of in half, does not empty dustbin (stupid mistake from Samsung, there should be an option in the app for emptying the dustbin every X minutes, but no, clean the whole house before emptying, and then it can't because the dustbin is so full). Can't drain dirty water from pad-cleaning drain tray, which it then sucked up in the cleaning-base dustbin, and as a result it soon begin to smell like mold. I guess if you have a small appartment, no animals or long hairs and you run it everyday, without the mopping function it might work. I soo wish that i could return it and get my money back!

I bought this little Robo Vac for a new house. It has been absolutely fantastic. It now does its little vacuum and mop function daily. I also got it because it was Samsung and doesn’t have the security concerns that some of the Chinese branded vacuums do. Very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this vaccum a year ago and had faulty and regretful experience as repaired already 3 times in a year and service team did not accept this faulty vaccum and been trying to repair numerous times. Samsung service team denied to give refund when I first reported and keep covering with service. This useless vaccum cleaner sitting at station and not functioning what it suppose to do. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I will start by saying I am a Samsung person, I love the brand and have phone, tablet and every TV is a Samsung. This machine and the awful customer service has soured the brand for me. Our Jet Bot AI can mop the floors but has no ability to suck anything up, the most important part. It actually gathers dust and dirt up then dumps in places like the kitchen periodically. We contacted Samsung immediately and asked for a refund or replacement, this seemed impossible to them - even though it is actually UK law. Their customer service eventually took it away for repair which is not what we wanted. It has arrived back from the repairer absolutely filthy, and now completely broken. Customer services have offered me a £50 voucher to compensate! What am I supposed to do with £50 against a machine of this value??? Avoid buying one of these - if it doesn't work they won't help you. I am considering throwing it out and buying an alternate brand. A very costly nightmare.

I really wanted to like it, but I found the navigation somewhat disappointing. It struggled to locate specific rooms, sometimes got stuck in areas and was unable to find its way back to its station. Its mapping and movement didn't seem particularly efficient; I had to re-run the mapping four times until it found all the rooms, and even then, it did not differentiate the bathroom from the living room. For this price point, I would expect significantly better performance.

It started well and was very effective at cleaning floors. However, after almost a year, that changed and it keeps stopping saying there's something stuck in the roller brush. I've washed the brush several times, damp-wiped everywhere with microfibre cloths, many many times but still it continues to stop. In most cases, it can't do more than 10 mins before stopping with the same "brush" problem. If it weren't for that, I'd give it 5 out of 5. Unfortunately it's now unusable as you're constantly resetting it.

So far I have had this robot for about a month and it's worked great. Like all robot vacuums it isn't perfect but does a lot better job than ones I have previously had. The base station is robust and works fantastic easy to clean and maintain and enables the robot to do his job well with minimal input from me. The only downside I have found is that the roller brush gets hair wound up in its centre that needs unraveling even though there is supposed to be a hair grinder. But I can live with that once a week for not having to hoover. The mop does a fairly decent job of keeping the wooden floor in a presentable state and means I only have to mop once a week which is great even though I own a dog it manages to keep on top of mucky paw prints so I am impressed. The app is easy to use and very well presented with lots of options including pet care so I can monitor what he is up to while I am out. The only thing I would say is samsung need to make accessories like dust bags for the base station and new mop pads easier to find on there website. I definitely would recommend it though if you want a fully automated hoover and mop it's one of the premium choices out there.

Riktigt besviken på robotdammsugaren. Den vägrar dammsuga under min säng, trotts att den kör in under andra möbler som har kortare ben. Ibland tappar den bort var den är någonstans och börjar irra runt som en idiot. Kartan uppdateras inte efter hand heller, så områden som den inte ritade upp innan kompletteras inte heller efter att den har varit just där och städat. AI i detta fallet måste betyda Artificiell Idiot! Den har dessutom väldigt svårt att ta sig över trösklar som är över 6-7mm. Hade jag vetat detta hade jag satsat pengarna på ett annat märke.

The vacuum always gets lost, can never find it's way "home" and runs into almost all of my future leaving marks on the surface. If I would have known this product was not as "smart" as it's claimed to be I would have never purchased it. It worked fine for the first few months but later down the road it just became worse and worse. I have tried resetting, recalibrating, and remapping my home with the vacuum but it has never went back to how it should work. Maybe I just received a faulty unit but this was a complete waste of money. Plus my cat will not ride the machine, instead he is scared to death of it.

Poor build quality, the battery barely lasted 12 months now it can only do a 12 minute clean before it runs out of batteries. The screws have snapped across the chassis and the clean station no longer charges as a result

I purchased this vacuum, as my wife requested addition to our household in form of a robot vaccum. She has high expectations for such equipment and was initially underwhelmed and struggled to map the ground floor in our house. I asked her to be patient and try again and the mapping was successful. It performs very well, cleans and mops the floors very close to edges and helps to keep the floors cleaner adding more free time to do other things. App is intuitive and my wife is very happy with it. Pleased with the purchase. The only negative I have is that spare mop pads are not currently available on Samsung UK website and this needs to be resolved asap - please make all maintenance / spare parts available.

Do not buy one of these. The idea is good, the app is pretty great, and ‘some’ of the tech works really well, but the overall product is unreliable - base station floods, onboard dust tank doesn’t empty - and Samsung service/support is by far the worst I have use in the last 10years. We purchased in November 2024. We had various teething issues with mapping but it did generally figure things out, and did a fairly good job of hoovering and mopping in the background each night. Then in Dec we realised the onboard dust box wasn’t emptying itself. Eventually a full reset resolved this. Then in Jan we found the Cleanstation tank/washing bay wasn’t emptying. More calls and emails to customer support, who very very clearly aren’t trained on these machines - try resetting it again etc. Eventually, after 2 weeks of wrestling with the useless customer service/support team, they agreed it needed collecting. By this point the device is barely 6 weeks old, but it’s outside the return window so warranty kicks in and you have to use their Service agent. They say they will arrange for it to be collected. No time given, no warning til DPD announce they will be collecting ‘that day’, and will be bringing a box. DPD and box arrives, but device doesn’t fit in box. Not even close. Customer services says ‘oops, it’s a new model (which it isnt) and we don’t have any larger boxes’. Very sorry, call you in 48 hours, taking personal care of your case now, etc. Hear nothing. Courier calls a few days later saying they are being tasked to collect it and deliver direct to service agent. Courier is good and does as promised. That was over a week ago. Since then, Samsung have tried sending DPD again, again with too small a box to collect a device that was collected over a week ago. Not a squeak from Samsung/their agent about what’s going on with my machine. Emails and live chats promise call backs. Calls to the help desk are answered only to explain that their system is being updated and they can’t do anything but they will call me back. No eta as to when. I was excited to be an early (ish) adopter, and am somewhat privileged enough to be able to afford the hefty price tag, but on the basis of my experience I cannot recommend either the product, or frankly the Samsung brand/service support offering. If someone from Samsung gets a grip of this matter and contacts me by CoB 16th Feb with an acceptable resolution to all the above, I’ll consider reflecting their solution in an update to the above.

This robot vacuum has been a major disappointment. Instead of simplifying my cleaning routine, it's added frustration and wasted time. The core issue lies with the software, which is clearly buggy and unreliable. Mapping the floor has been a nightmare, with the device repeatedly failing in its attempts. Even when it does manage to create a map, the cleaning performance is abysmal. The vacuum frequently cuts its cleaning cycle short, declaring the job done prematurely and returning to its charging station, leaving much of the floor untouched. This erratic behavior makes it completely ineffective at actually cleaning. Frankly, my seven-year-old stick vacuum does a far superior job. Save your money and avoid this product. It's simply not worth the hassle.

No mapea demasiado bien las habitaciones. No puedes dividir según que habitaciones porque te dice la app que son demasiado pequeñas. Se quedan pelos enredados en el centro del cepillo. Te dice que hay manchas resistentes pero en realidad son reflejos de la luz del sol en el parqué. El robot dejado de reconocer los obstáculos al poco más de una semana de uso y se lo hemos tenido que enviar al servicio técnico. De momento estamos desencantados con el robot, estamos descansandos con el servicio de postventa y aunque no tenga que ver con Samsung también estamos desencantados con la empresa del servicio de recogida.

I've been really pleased with the Robot 3 in 1 cleaner with the VAC and Mop functions! ...However think twice about buying!! - You can't get replacement mops heads anywhere, Ive been trying for three months ...and when speaking to Samsung customer services they are unable to say if they will ever restock and recommend searching retail outlets, again searched there with no joy. So I've paid a large amount on money for a Samsung device that one of the main functions will not be available due to no accessories available. Please go with a manufacturer that gives the whole round support including accessories for you device.

HOWEVER, the massive issue with it is that you can't get parts for it. I'm in need of a new roller brush as the rubber fins on mine are damaged, and no one sells spares. Samsung themselves can't help me.

Very good: navigates well around obstacles, mop feature is really useful, so are the automatic mop cleaning and vacuum empty features. Very easy to operate from phone once set up. It does not like small stones which can be sucked up and jam the long rotating brush under the robot but it is easy to remove the stones. Less than perfect: need to be a bit of geek to set up mobile phone control of the robot. Also although not found in the instructions, the cleaning station must be located on a firm surface such as plastic tiles. On some ordinary carpets the cleaning station (which is quite heavy) sinks into the carpet and the robot loading ramp rides up, such that the robot cannot climb up the ramp and into the station.

Bought it 2023 March, and after 18 months of usage, one of the wheel started making loud grinding noise and wheel wont move. Nothing struck in the wheel well, but makes really loud grinding noise. Contacted Samsung, Samsung said too bad out of warranty, you can create a repair ticket.

First of all, great features but they don't work so you have to turn them off. Secondly, basic features like vacuum do not work and leave debris on the floor. When mopping, it gets stuck in the same place. There is a picture of a 5 year warranty but it's actually only 2 years. Absolute scam and should be reported to trading standards. Finally, no replacement mop pads or dustbin filters are available for it. Absolutely disgusting from Samsung.

The vacuum cleaner is good looking but averagely performing. It needs to be supported by a handheld vacuum cleaner from time to time in corners and on carpets. I received it as a replacement for a broken model without the big docking station. Pros: - Very good on hard floors - Long battery live and reasonably quick charging - Variety of settings - Easy wi-fi setup - Not too noisy - Gets over most obstacles such as rolling carpet corners and doorsteps - Docking station empties the robot after every use. Cons: - Average on carpets - No manual steering over the app and no spot cleaning - Expensive dust bags for the docking station - Does not clean around the docking station - Needs a lot of space around the docking station otherwise it cannot park - Docking station cannot be placed close to a wall because the air outlet is at the back - Emptying of the robot is very loud - Misses corners from time to time.

We’re thrilled with the cleaning performance! We simply set the schedule, and it runs overnight, leaving us with perfectly mopped floors in the morning. It’s also a huge time saver—we created a second map for our upstairs area, and by moving the station upstairs before leaving for work, we return home to spotless floors once again. It’s been a fantastic addition to our home!

I've had this product for over a year now, and I would not want to be without it. I have two short haired dogs as well as cats and run the Jet Bot daily on tile and LVP flooring. I have no problem with it leaving hair or dust remnants on the floor and although I sometimes need to clean up interior corners, it's a small thing compared to vacuuming everything manually. I've read reviews stating that people have clumps of hair that are left behind, but I have never had that experience. This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, and I will remain with this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having kids and pets, its hard to keep vacuming every few hours. We tried multiple brands including no name ones but they didnt work for us. We then saw this one at our friends house and we loved it so we bought one. It does it all. Mops, vacuums and auto empties. The AI features are great as it enhances its function. Its scanning is very accurate so it cleans all our rooms perfectly. Its quiet so we can leave it on all night. Now we only have to do a thourough vacuum every 3 days because this does the job very well.

Am cumparat produsul acum 1 luna in principal datorita functiei de curatare automata a mop-ului cu aburi. Astfel mop-ul este dezinfcetat si poate curata cu eficienta casa de fiecare data. Integrarea in aplicatia Smart Things a mers foarte usor si dupa recentul update al TV-ului meu Samsung, pot controla aspiratorul si din TV. Modul silentios face aspiratorul foarte bun pentru cei care lucreaza de acasa si vor sa faca curatenie cat au call-uri video.
